Window Cleaning
Inside and out, tracks and sills wiped, screens washed and re-seated. Counted by the window, priced before we start.
Windows, hard water, driveways, stucco, across Tucson. $8 a window inside and out: 20 windows is $160. Se habla español.
One company for the windows and the pressure. Six jobs, every one of them printed. If your place needs something off this list, ask.
Inside and out, tracks and sills wiped, screens washed and re-seated. Counted by the window, priced before we start.
The same window, one pass apartSprinkler spray and pool splash etch Tucson glass. We take the mineral off instead of telling you the window is ruined.
Desert dust costs you output every month it sits. Rinsed and squeegeed on the same trip as the windows.
Pressure on concrete: oil, rust, monsoon mud, pool-deck grime. Flat price by the slab, no hourly meter.
Stucco gets soft-washed, never blasted. Dust film, cobwebs, and cooler streaks off the whole exterior.
The wall everyone sees from the street, back to its actual color. Priced by the hundred feet.

Every window cleaner in town wants to walk your house before they'll say a number. Ours is math you can do from the driveway: count the windows, multiply by eight. Twenty windows, inside and out, is $160.
A count, a price, a clean house. No estimate visit, no number that changes at the end.
Walk the outside of the house and count them. Not sure? Text a photo of each side and we'll count for you. Se habla español, text in either language.
Your window count times the printed rate, plus any slab off the flat list. No walkthrough, no salesman math. What we text is what you pay.
Apple Pay, cash, or check once you've looked through it. If a window hazes on us, we come back and pull it again.
“Every window cleaner in Tucson makes you book a visit to hear a number. That's the whole reason this company exists. Count your windows, multiply by eight, and you know what a clean house costs before you ever pick up the phone. The number doesn't grow while we work, and you pay after you've looked through it.”

You count the windows. We confirm them on site, and if our count comes in lower than yours, you pay the lower one. Nobody ever lost money being honest about how many windows they own.
If a window hazes, streaks, or gets missed, we pull it again on our time. You shouldn't have to prove anything to get a window cleaned right.
Still not sure? Call or text a photo and you'll get it straight. No pressure.
An opening. A slider with two moving halves is one window, not two. A big picture window is one, however tall it is. A french door counts as one, not fifteen little lights, and a sliding glass door counts as one. Count from outside standing in your yard, text us the number, and we confirm it when we get there. If our count comes in lower than yours, you pay the lower one.
Because a free estimate is a sales visit, and everyone in this town runs one. Eight dollars a window inside and out, five dollars outside only, ninety-nine dollar minimum. A typical Tucson house has eighteen to twenty-five windows, so it lands between $144 and $200. The number is printed so you can decide from the couch.
Usually yes. Those are hard-water minerals from sprinklers or pool splash, and around here they're on half the houses we see. Standard cleaning will not touch them. Restoration is a different job with different chemicals and real labor, so it's $18 a window and we only do the ones that need it. Etching that has gone deep into the glass itself can't always come all the way back, and we tell you that before you pay for it, not after.
Twice a year for most houses, and one of those wants to land right after monsoon season when the dust film is worst. If you're on a dirt road or backed up to open desert, quarterly outside-only at five dollars a window keeps it honest without paying for interiors you don't need.
Stucco and paint get soft-washed, which means low pressure and the right mix doing the work instead of force. High pressure on stucco drives water into the wall and takes the finish with it. Single story is $349, two story is $499, whole exterior. Concrete is where the real pressure goes: driveway $149, patio $129, walks $79.
Two-story is normal work and the price per window doesn't change for height. We carry general liability and we'll send the certificate before we come out if you or your HOA wants it on file. Anything that needs a lift instead of a ladder, we say so up front and price it before the day.
Fill this out and it opens as a text, ready to send with your photos attached. Your window count, or just photos of each side and we'll count them. The price and a real time come back the same day. Se habla español.
